The North Central Beach Mobility Hub

Steps from Beachside Hotel Hollywood, we’ve created another exciting destination. Explore all that Hollywood and the rest of South Florida has to offer from the new North Central Beach Mobility Hub.

There will be a shared bike rental station to allow guests and neighbors to enjoy the wonders of Hollywood’s famous Broadwalk.

Going a little further? Our Mobility Hub features a new stop for the free Hollywood Trolley. When you hop on here at the Hub, all the restaurants, shops and points of interest, all over Hollywood, are just a short, fun ride away.

Perhaps the best thing about our North Central Beach Mobility Hub is that it brings the Water Taxi right to our neighborhood. From here, the treasures of South Florida, north to Fort Lauderdale and south to Miami, are a beautiful Intracoastal boat ride away.

Beach Club Hollywood

Three blocks north of Beachside Hotel Hollywood, at the intersection of North Ocean Drive and New Hampshire Street, you’ll find Beach Club Hollywood.

Beach Club Hollywood will be home to a welcoming spa, a complete fitness facility, large swimming pools and Jacuzzi along with a perfect combination of food and beverage outlets and retail shops.

And since parking has always been a concern in the neighborhood, Beach Club Hollywood will include reserved parking for our neighbors, and a limited amount of public parking at modest rates for the residents of the City of Hollywood. Mr. Forgea served as Project Manager for Las Olas Beach Club in Fort Lauderdale, and numerous other projects throughout Broward and Miami Dade Counties. Alan is a certified residential and commercial real estate agent, a director for the City of Plantation’s Parks & Recreation Advisory Board, President of the Jacaranda Cay Homeowner’s Association, and a past chairman of the Beach Council of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce.
